If you struggled with learning all through school, you may be
“at risk” for having a learning disability or dyslexia.
We do informal learning disabilities assessments for a fee
What is the informal assessment all about?
During your appointment, we’ll talk about your strengths, things you enjoy doing, as well as family and health history related to your learning, how you go about reading, writing, spelling, etc. You will also do some reading, writing, spelling and a few other things.
All of this takes place in our office, which we have been told is a safe, warm and friendly place. We will discuss why we are using certain questions and what we are doing.
Then, we will write a report that will include a summary of what we discussed and suggestions for strategies you can use in your learning. We will meet again a second time to discuss the report.
